Our Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. Your guarantee depends on how you bought it:

  • Quarterly (90-day) subscription — 90-day money-back guarantee. If the routine isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of your order for a full refund of the product price. Opened or unopened — you do not need to return anything.
  • Monthly subscription — 30-day money-back guarantee from your order date.
  • One-time purchase — 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date.

How to Use Your Guarantee

It's simple — there is no inspection, no original-packaging requirement, and no return shipment needed for a guarantee refund:

  1. Email hello@drbarron.com with the subject “Refund Request”
  2. Include your order number and, if you'd like, a brief note on what didn't work for you
  3. We'll confirm and process your refund — you keep the product

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it; processing times may vary by financial institution.

Shipping is free on all subscriptions. On one-time orders, the original shipping charge is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, or damage in transit).

Subscriptions: Renewal, Pause & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically — every 4 weeks (Monthly) or every 12 weeks (Quarterly) — at the price shown when you signed up, with free shipping on every order. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account with no fee. Cancellations take effect before your next billing date, so you won't be charged again once you cancel. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@drbarron.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the damage or defect, and a brief description.

We will replace the product or issue a full refund (including shipping) at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged product unless we specifically request it.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, contact hello@drbarron.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct product at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different product, request a refund under the applicable guarantee above and place a new order.

Pricing & Partial Returns

One-time prices: The Complete System $95, Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies $55, and Hair Serum $40. If you bought The Complete System and request a refund for only one product, the refund is the individual product price ($55 for Gummies or $40 for Serum), not a bundle-equivalent amount.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, contact hello@drbarron.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, your money-back guarantee above applies. To manage a subscription, use your account — see “Subscriptions” above.

California Notice

In compliance with California Civil Code Section 1723, this return policy is conspicuously posted on our website and accessible from the footer of every page, every product detail page, and during checkout.
