We ship within the United States only — all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. International shipping may be added in the future.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
Standard shipping: $6 flat rate on one-time orders; free on all subscriptions. Estimated delivery 5-7 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and other factors outside our control.
One-time orders ship for a $6 flat rate within the United States. All subscription orders ship free, every time.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@drbarron.com.
Orders ship via USPS. Carrier is selected based on package weight, destination, and shipping speed.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@drbarron.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at hello@drbarron.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our return process.
Our Advanced Scalp Formula requires ambient temperature storage. During periods of extreme heat, we may adjust packaging or shipping methods. If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged by temperature during transit, contact us for a replacement.
In compliance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if we cannot ship within the timeframe stated above (or 30 days if no time is stated), we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund.
